We are open daily 24 hours, 7 days a week, with staff helping from 9 am to 9 pm.

3. How does self-service laundry work?
Simply bring your laundry, choose a washing machine, load your clothes, insert coins or pay via QR code, and start the machine. Follow the same process for dryers.
4. How much does it cost to use the washing machines and dryers?
- Washer (14kg): RM 7 cold, RM 8 warm, RM 9 hot water per cycle
- Dryer: RM 8 per cycle
- Wash & Dry Combo: RM 16 small load warm water, RM 18 normal load warm water, RM 20 normal load hot water per cycle

- Washer (14kg): 24 minutes
- Dryer (14kg): 24 minutes
- Wash and Dry Combo: small load 40 minutes, normal load 50 minutes
6. Do I need to bring my own detergent?
No need. We provide detergent for your convenience.
7. Can I do large items like blankets or curtains?
Yes, our machines can handle bulky items. Please ask staff if unsure.
8. Do you provide ironing services?
Yes, you can drop off your clothes and collect them once ready. Charges are based on the item type:
- Shirt: RM5 per piece
- Long skirt: RM10 per piece
9. Can I request ironing only without wash service?
Yes, absolutely.
10. How does the pickup and delivery service work?
Book a time slot, and we’ll collect your laundry from your doorstep and return it clean and folded (within 2km radius).
11. Is there a minimum or maximum weight for pickup service?
Yes, our standard pickup is for loads within 7 kg. Heavier loads may incur extra charges.
12. What are the charges for pickup and delivery?
Within 1km: first 2kg is RM25, and the next kg is RM10. For more than 1km, we suggest using Grab delivery to us.
13. Which areas do you cover for pickup and delivery?
Areas within 2km radius. We collect a RM100 deposit upon pickup, and you can top up if the total exceeds RM100 or we’ll refund if it’s less.
14. What is the wash-dry-fold service?
We wash, dry, and neatly fold your laundry so it’s ready to store.
15. How much do you charge for wash-dry-fold?
RM25 for the first 2 kg, and RM10 for each additional kg.
16. How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made via WhatsApp at 017-2332991 or direct walk-in whenever staff is around.
17. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and e-Wallet. For online bookings, we can provide a QR code via WhatsApp. Online payment is also available via https://changeovergroup.com
18. Can I reschedule or cancel my pickup?
Yes, please inform us 2 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
